Ohhee Khusi Nepal Foundation Educational Project HOSTEL

Who We Are

Ohhee Khusi Nepal Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing quality education among disadvantaged and impoverished children aged between 8-13 in Gandaki Province, Nepal. Recognizing education as the catalyst for societal transformation, the foundation established the Ohhee Khusi Nepal Foundation Educational Project (OKNF Hostel) in 2022.

Our Goal

We provide a platform for children who are deprived of basic education and life skills due to any reason, offering them residential facilities and collaborating with educational institutions to ensure quality education for their bright futures.

One of our students, Sajan Gautam, expressed, "Now we can dream, and this opportunity should benefit every single child who is deprived of education."

What Exactly We Do

We select children from remote villages, particularly those from impoverished and disadvantage families. Our primary focus is on families with disabilities or orphaned children.

We collaborated with Samata Shikshya Niketan in Prasyang and sent children to school.

The children stay at Ohhee Khusi Nepal Foundation Educational-Hostel (OKNF-Hostel) where they receive essential necessities for education, including food, bed, clothing, and educational materials.

In addition, we employ a caretaker and a part-time teacher to take care of them and facilitate additional activities aimed to unlocking their potential.

The executive committee organizes all the necessary things needed for the children and raises donations.

We bridge the children and supporters.

Present

  • We have 8 children going to school.

Next Year

• Raised donations for an additional 2 children.

• Brought them to the hostel and  send to school.

Long Term Plan and Vison

Our long-term vision is to establish a non-profit school catering to children from impoverished and marginalized families in remote parts of Nepal.
